Welcome to my practice!

I’m Milena, a dedicated Gestalt Therapist, coach, trainer and organizational development consultant, committed to guiding individuals and organizations towards holistic growth and transformation.

My approach is rooted in the principles of Gestalt therapy, a holistic and humanistic approach, which emphasizes awareness, relational work, and focuses on the “here and now”.

I combine this with Nature’s wisdom and pragmatism relying on permaculture framework and Nature itself.

I provide my clients with a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive space to explore their inner experiences. I assist them gain holistic insight into personal patterns and behaviours, as well as the broader context around them. I support them to identify and strengthen inner resources for change and growth.

With a specialized focus, I assist individuals navigating mid-life transitions, menopause, and those struggling with ageing (regardless of age).

I am a climate and collapse-aware therapist, I am dedicated to supporting those facing climate anxiety.

As an organizational development consultant, I assist purpose-driven organizations in thinking and acting holistically. I help them build no-waste, resilient teams and processes, and uncover simplicity within complexity.

In my practice, I integrate classic OD tools and approaches with Gestalt organization & systems development, as well as with ecological system thinking by applying the Permaculture design framework.

With specialized expertise in ageing, my coaching sessions focus on expanding clients' perspectives on the ageing process. Utilizing the pragmatic Conscious Ageing® methodology alongside Gestalt therapeutic tools, I guide clients through various aspects of life. Together, we uncover personal and cultural biases, beliefs, fears, and anxieties related to ageing, while also exploring the resources and potentials within each aspect of life. Ultimately, the goal is to dismantle obstacles, activate resources, and lay the foundation for a realistic, meaningful, and joyful life.

For the clients who prefer exploring these topics with group support, I regularly organize the UnfOlding Conscious Ageing training program.
